1. Purpose
This page describes, in plain language, the main practical limits of the Rivesta service. It complements the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Information limits
The information shown comes from public and publicly accessible sources. Not all opportunities or processes have the same level of available information.
It may happen that:
- sources change format, temporarily close or remove content;
- there are delays between publication at the original source and availability on Rivesta;
- not every property has photos, location, documents, comparables or history;
- some data is partial, approximate or out of date.
The official source prevails. The user must always confirm relevant information with the official source before any decision.
3. Indicators and automation limits
The indicators, scores, summaries and metrics shown are intended to support initial triage.
They are indicative, may be generated or supported by automated systems, including artificial intelligence, and may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. They do not replace analysis by a qualified professional.
They do not constitute a real estate valuation, technical opinion, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice or a guarantee regarding the property.
4. Alert limits
Alerts depend on source availability, on the operation of third-party channels (Telegram, email, notification infrastructure) and on technical factors that may vary.
Delays, failures, duplicates or occasional missed alerts may occur. We do not guarantee a specific delivery timing or continuous operation without interruption.
5. Location and directions limits
The location shown may be:
- precise, when available at the source;
- approximate, by parish, municipality or document reference;
- unavailable, in some cases.
Directions rely on third-party services, namely Google Maps and Waze, and depend on their availability. The user must confirm the address directly with the official source.
6. Visual and apparent condition limits
When enough photos are available, Rivesta may flag apparent condition and visible signs (for example, signs of degradation, maintenance or refurbishment needs).
This information is merely indicative, based solely on what is visible in images available at the source. It does not constitute:
- a technical analysis of the property's condition;
- an on-site survey;
- an assessment of physical, legal or registry conditions;
- a guarantee regarding maintenance or habitability.
The user must always carry out their own on-site verification and, when applicable, with a qualified professional.
7. Acceptable use
To preserve service quality, the following are not allowed:
- automated or systematic collection (scraping) of content;
- reverse engineering or attempts to access internal systems;
- bypassing technical limits, access controls or security measures;
- sharing credentials or reselling access;
- use for unlawful purposes or that harms third parties.
Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of abusive use.
8. Reporting errors, corrections and removals
To report an error, request a correction, suggest a source or submit a removal request regarding content originally published by third parties, please use the contact form.
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and answered as soon as possible.
9. Updates
These limits may be updated to reflect changes in the service, sources and applicable law.
