On 5 November 2026, Rivesta tracked 1,701 properties for sale at auction, through court sales and by banks in Portugal. Only a quarter were housing, seven in ten court sales on official portals were under private negotiation and at least one property in six had already been to auction without a sale.

In the first quarter of 2026, the national median value per m² of housing sales reached €2,168/m², up 17.5% over 12 months. The municipalities with the largest change are almost all in the interior of the country, where median values are low.
